Our initial process includes a deep dive into the client’s
industry, their required intangibles and an appreciation
of the cultural fit. Utilizing our internal and external networks to gain referrals to those candidates, we target the top

The focus of our recruitment process is based on a proven process that has been refined over time. Our plan is to demonstrate that Talentxfactor’s prowess as a magnet for top talent by leveraging our internal database, our exhaustive search process and utilities means you get the best candidate on the market.

We immediately can bring to the table excellent resources through past searches, and we begin narrowing the field of existing candidates by a “sorting” process based on the candidate’s criteria for change and by our client’s “must haves.”

Those semi-finalists are re-evaluated by the Recruiter who interviews and then they are re-evaluated by Account Manager.

New Candidate Development

Our recruiting division concurrently networks centers of influence to source the names of candidates referred to as excelling in the principle areas of our client’s criteria.

Exploratory Contacts are then made by our staffing associates to determine candidate priorities, motivation for change and technical abilities. All are lightly assessed with no reference to you. This will produce an un-influenced evaluation of the new candidate’s desire for movement without being baited. Candidates below the bar are returned to the open market. Candidates evaluated as being in the top twenty percentile of skill sets are given opportunity for client exposure.

Candidate Packaging

This is a narrowed field of finalists. They will be verbally presented on the day the client receives hard copy “Assessments”. At this time we will recommend interviewing dates based on knowledge of candidates availability.  Lightspeed reserves the right to either hold all presentations until all candidates are assembled or to present finalists as they surface. Timing and sense of urgency will vary among candidates. Shelf life will be communicated to client…No Surprises.
