TITLE: Named Account CSP Sales Director

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a senior level telecom/mobile/cable industry “sales hunter” to join their team and help make the company’s growth plans a reality. This position will transform you into a customer-intelligence digital transformation expert, delivering unique AI-based capabilities into Communications Service Providers in the U.S. and Canada. You will bring clients new capabilities which can drive tens of millions of dollars to their bottom line


  • You will prospect, nurture and close business with Communications Service Providers
  • You will promote our brand and help define the messages we use to communicate with stakeholders
  • You will leverage your existing contacts and build new long-lasting and trusted client relationships, with the purpose of closing new-logo sales
  • You will execute and refine a practical, repeatable, scalable framework for sales success
  • You will advise and help your clients to build business cases, delivering the maximum value from our engagements for those clients
  • You will own the sales plan in your region, and lead teams from across Intent HQ to deliver against that plan
  • You will be accountable for hitting sales targets and both directly and via partners
  • You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in selling and delivering complex software solutions, preferably in data analytics to tier 1 communications services providers
  • You have a track record closing business in excess of $5MM total contract value, repeatedly
  • You have have at least 2 years’ experience working for a small company or a start-up
  • You are currently accountable for growing and delivering business with clients in the telecoms/mobile/cable industry
  • You regularly call on senior level stakeholders in the US and Canada, and have developed an excellent network in both the commercial and IT teams at your clients
  • You can demonstrate the ability to cope with complex new technology aimed at marketingand customer service issues
  • You have proven experience with data analytics, CEM, CRM, big data, AI and ML
  •  You have proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams, worldwide
