Description
As part of the on-going expansion of our key account teams we are currently recruiting a Technical Account Manager. The objective of the Technical Account Manager role is to provide a consistent primary technical contact who will work with our customer to understand their ongoing technical and project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform technical reviews, evangelize new product features, and ensure prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
- Guarantee the technical aspects of all customer projects (both new and ongoing) by providing the necessary documentation and technical guidance
- Undertake detailed account planning with Key Account Manager
- Act as Customer champion by maintaining a comprehensive overview of all existing / new projects and escalation point for any issues
- Explore and drive new business opportunities
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or other related field
- 5 to 7yrs + experience providing mission critical software solutions to the telecommunications industry
- Excellent understanding of both web architecture and network operator technologies together with the latest trends in mobile 2.0
- Proven track record in the delivery of complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communications skills and ability to present to CXX level in key accounts
Remuneration
The compensation package will reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate. The package will consist of an attractive base salary together with a sales based bonus scheme. Competitive benefits include: medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, Disability, PTO and 401k.
